- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
手順
Defrost the cocktail shrimp in water.
While the shrimp is defrosting, slice the button mushrooms and onion.
Prepare the chili sauce by mixing ketchup, chili powder, sugar, soy sauce, and vinegar in a 2:1:1:1:1 ratio.
Heat a pan, add cooking oil, and sauté 1 tbsp of minced garlic lightly.
Add the sliced onion and mushrooms to the pan and stir-fry.
Add the defrosted shrimp and stir-fry until the shrimp is fully cooked.
Pour the prepared chili sauce into the pan and stir-fry to combine.
Add 1 tbsp of butter and mix until melted and well combined.
