    • 2 tbsp red pepper flakes

    • 1 tbsp mirin
    • 3 tbsp soy sauce
    • 🧂 1 tbsp sugar

Slice the potatoes into thick strips, chop the green onion and green chilies, and slice the onion. Prepare all ingredients.

Place spam in a plastic bag and crush it by hand into chunks.

In a pot, add sliced potatoes, onion, spam, and all seasoning ingredients (gochujang, doenjang, red pepper flakes, soy sauce, garlic, sugar, mirin) along with 2 cups of water. Mix well.

Start cooking on high heat, then reduce to medium-low heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

Add chopped green onion and green chilies, then simmer for a few more minutes.
