Vegetables
- 300g bean sprouts
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🥬 1/8 piece cabbage, chopped
- 🧄 A small amount of green onion, chopped
Meat
- 🥓 80g bacon, chopped
Seasonings
- 🧂 2 pinches of salt
- A small amount of pepper
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 3 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
手順
Wash the bean sprouts thoroughly. Chop the bacon, onion, and cabbage into large pieces. Slice the onion thinly.
Heat a pan with a small amount of oil and stir-fry the minced garlic until fragrant.
Add the bacon to the pan and stir-fry until it starts to brown.
Add the onion, cabbage, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir-fry until the vegetables become translucent.
Add the bean sprouts and 3 tbsp of oyster sauce. Stir-fry quickly over high heat for 2-3 minutes.
Add the chopped green onion and 1 tbsp of sesame oil. Stir well and remove from heat.
Serve the stir-fried bean sprouts with a sprinkle of sesame seeds on top.
