- 🍝 100g pasta
Meat
- 🥓 1 slice thick-cut bacon
Condiments
- 1/2 tsp shrimp paste
Vegetables
- 🧄 4-5 cloves garlic
- 1 green chili
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion

- 💧 1/2 cup water or pasta water
手順
Prepare all ingredients including pasta, bacon, shrimp paste, and vegetables.
Cook pasta in boiling water with 1 tbsp salt for 8 minutes until al dente. Drain and toss with 1 tbsp olive oil.
In a heated pan, cook bacon until crispy. Remove excess oil and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Wipe the pan clean, add olive oil, and sauté garlic and chili until fragrant.
Add cooked bacon and shrimp paste to the pan and stir well.
Add green onion and cook until slightly wilted.
Add cooked pasta and 1/2 cup pasta water. Stir and cook until slightly saucy.
Serve immediately and enjoy with a cold beer.
