材料
- Main Ingredients - 🥓 14-15 slices bacon
- 40 cm rice cake
- 7-8 skewers
- 1/3 tsp cooking oil
 
- Sauce - 3 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 2 tbsp plum extract
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🧄 1/2 tsp minced garlic
 
- Garnish - 🧀 1 tsp parmesan cheese
- 1/2 leaf perilla or 2 stalks chives
 
手順
Cut the rice cake into 2.5 cm pieces. If the rice cake is hard or frozen, soak it in water and microwave until soft.
Cook the bacon in a pan until crispy.
Place the cooked bacon on a paper towel to remove excess grease.
Wrap each piece of rice cake with bacon and skewer two pieces per stick. Brush the prepared sauce evenly over the skewers.
Heat a pan with minimal cooking oil and cook the skewers on low heat until golden brown.
Sprinkle parmesan cheese and garnish with finely chopped perilla leaves or chives before serving.
