Beef Marinade
- 🧂 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp ginger wine
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp apple juice
- A pinch of ginger powder
- A pinch of ground pepper
- 🧅 1 tbsp minced green onion
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoned Vinegar
- 2.5 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
