- 🐟 100g dried anchovies
- 🌰 1 handful sliced almonds
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 a pinch of sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
手順
Toast the dried anchovies in a dry pan to remove the fishy smell.
Add sliced almonds to the pan and stir-fry together with the anchovies.
Prepare the sauce by mixing mayonnaise, sugar, soy sauce, corn syrup, minced garlic, sesame seeds, cooking wine, and vegetable oil.
Pour the sauce into the pan and let it bubble before adding the anchovies.
Mix the anchovies with the sauce and adjust sweetness to balance the salty anchovies.
Turn off the heat and stir in 3 tbsp of mayonnaise.
Let the dish cool and store it in the refrigerator for a ready-to-eat side dish.
