手順
Wash the potatoes thoroughly with the skin on, as they will be cooked with the skin. Cut them into wedge shapes, dividing each potato into 3-4 pieces depending on size.
Dry the potato wedges using a kitchen towel.
Mix parsley powder, olive oil, pepper, salt, and a pinch of sugar in a bowl. Toss the potato wedges in the mixture until evenly coated.
Place the seasoned potato wedges in the air fryer. Cook at 180°C (356°F) for 15 minutes, then flip them and cook for another 15 minutes.
