- 🦐 10 shrimp
- 🥚 1 egg white
- 🍞 6 slices of bread
- 🧅 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 🧂 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 2 tbsp chili sauce
手順
Defrost the shrimp and remove shells and veins. Chop the shrimp coarsely for texture.
Finely chop green onions and mix them with the shrimp in a bowl.
Add potato starch, egg white, black pepper, and cooking wine to the shrimp mixture.
Cut off the crusts of the bread and divide each slice into four equal squares.
Place a portion of the shrimp mixture onto a bread square and cover it with another square.
Brush both sides of the bread with a thin layer of oil.
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (356°F) and cook the Menbosha for 4 minutes.
Flip the Menbosha and cook for an additional 3 minutes at the same temperature.
Serve the Menbosha with chili sauce or your preferred dipping sauce.
