- 250g acorn jelly
- 🥒 20g cucumber
- 70g kimchi
- 1 packet dongchimi broth

- 🧂 10g sugar
- 10g vinegar
- A pinch of sesame seeds
手順
Clean the cucumber thoroughly by scraping the seeds or rubbing with salt.
Cut the acorn jelly in half and slice into 1cm thick pieces.
Cut the acorn jelly into bite-sized pieces, approximately 6cm long and 1cm wide.
Thinly julienne the cucumber.
Slice the kimchi into thin strips, about 0.5–1cm wide.
Place the sliced acorn jelly in a bowl. Use half the package for a lighter meal.
Add the julienned cucumber on top of the acorn jelly.
Place the sliced kimchi next to the cucumber. Rinse the kimchi if you want to reduce salt intake.
Crumble seaweed and sprinkle over the dish.
Add sesame seeds, sugar, and vinegar. Adjust sugar and vinegar based on broth taste.
Pour the dongchimi broth over the dish.
For a slushy texture, freeze the broth and blend slightly before serving.
