手順
Clean the abalones thoroughly using a kitchen brush.
Separate the abalone meat from the shell using a spoon and remove the innards with a knife.
Score the abalone meat evenly and season with 2 pinches of salt and pepper.
Heat a pan with 1 tbsp of cooking oil and sauté 20 garlic cloves until golden brown.
Add the abalones and butter to the pan, cooking them evenly on both sides until golden brown. Add cherry tomatoes towards the end and stir-fry.
