INGREDIENTES

- 🥕 1/3 carrot
Protein
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🥩 150g beef
Seasoning
- 🧂 a pinch of salt

Rice Flour Wrap
- 1/2 cup glutinous rice flour
- 1 cup hot water
- 🧂 a pinch of salt
Beef Marinade
- 🧂 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- a pinch of pepper
Mustard Sauce
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 1 tbsp water
Garnish
- 1 handful pine nuts
PASOS
Slice zucchini thinly using a peeler, season with salt and pepper.
Julienne the carrot and cucumber. Lightly salt the cucumber and pat dry with a paper towel.
Marinate the beef slices in the beef marinade ingredients.
Separate egg whites and yolks, cook them into thin sheets over low heat, and slice into strips. Chop the pine nuts finely.
Grill the zucchini slices on a hot grill pan until grill marks appear.
Stir-fry the julienned carrot and cucumber briefly over high heat. Cook the marinated beef until fully done.
Mix glutinous rice flour, hot water, and salt to form a batter. Cook into oval-shaped wraps over low heat and sprinkle with pine nuts.
Layer zucchini, rice wrap, pine nuts, beef, cucumber, carrot, and egg strips, then roll tightly.
Cut into bite-sized pieces and serve with mustard sauce.
