INGREDIENTES
- Bread - 🍞 1 whole French bread (boule)
- 🧈 10g salted butter (for bread)
 
- Meat - 🥓 4 slices bacon
 
- Vegetables - 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 🍄 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms
 
- Cheese - 🧀 40g pizza cheese
 
- Seasoning - 🧈 10g salted butter
- 🌿 Chopped parsley, as needed
 
- White Sauce Ingredients - 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 🥛 200ml milk
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tsp consomme
 
PASOS
Cut off the top 2cm of the French bread and hollow out the center. Crumble the removed bread and spread salted butter inside the hollowed bread.
Cut bacon into bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice the onion and remove the root of the shimeji mushrooms, separating them by hand.
Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Add bacon, onion, and shimeji mushrooms, cooking until softened. Season with salt and pepper.
Add flour to the pan and mix well. Gradually add milk, stirring until thickened. Add consomme and mix thoroughly.
Fill the hollowed bread with crumbled bread and white sauce. Top with pizza cheese and bake in a toaster oven for 10 minutes until golden brown. Garnish with chopped parsley.
