INGREDIENTES

  • Main Ingredients

    • 🐟 210g canned tuna
    • 🥒 120g zucchini
    • 🧅 1/2 onion
    • 🍄 2 shiitake mushrooms
    • 3 green chilies
    • 🧄 10 scallions
    • 1.5 cups rice water
    • 5 tbsp soybean paste
    • 1 tbsp red pepper paste
    • 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
    • 1 tbsp oligosaccharide

PASOS

1

Drain the oil from the canned tuna using a sieve.

2

Prepare the vegetables by chopping leftover fridge vegetables for the stew.

3

In a pot, add soybean paste, red pepper paste, minced garlic, and oligosaccharide.

4

Pour in the rice water. If using anchovy broth, reduce the amount of soybean paste to avoid excessive saltiness.

5

Bring to a boil over medium heat for 10 minutes, then add zucchini, onion, and shiitake mushrooms. Reduce to medium-low heat and simmer for another 10 minutes.

6

Add the canned tuna, green chilies, and scallions, and continue simmering over medium-low heat.
