INGREDIENTES
- Main Ingredients - 🐟 1 can (70g) tuna in oil
- 🥔 1 potato (150g), julienned
- 🌽 3 tbsp frozen corn
 
- Seasonings - 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
 
- Cooking Oil - 3 tbsp salad oil
 
- Garnish - 2 tbsp ketchup
 
PASOS

Julienne the potato into thin strips.

Mix the potato, tuna, corn, salt, pepper, mayonnaise, and flour in a bowl.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan and place 1/6 of the mixture into the pan. Cook until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.

Serve on a plate and garnish with ketchup.
