INGREDIENTES
- Rice - 🍚 1 cup of soaked rice
 
- Seafood - 🐟 1 can (70g) of oil-packed tuna
 
- Vegetables - 🥕 25g of thinly sliced carrot
- 1 tbsp of dried hijiki
 
- Liquid - 💧 Water as needed
 
- Seasoning - 1 tbsp of mirin
- 1/2 tbsp of sake
- 🧂 1 tbsp of soy sauce
 
PASOS
Soak hijiki in plenty of water to rehydrate, then drain. Thinly slice the carrot.
In a rice cooker, add soaked rice, seasonings (mirin, sake, soy sauce), and water up to the 1-cup mark. Mix well and flatten the rice. Add tuna, carrot, and hijiki on top, spreading evenly. Cook using the regular rice setting.
Once cooked, gently mix the rice to combine all ingredients.
