- 🍅 320g tomatoes
- 🧅 1 medium green onion

- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧂 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- Optional sesame oil
- Cooking oil as needed
PASOS
Cut the tomatoes into bite-sized pieces and slice the green onion as desired.
Crack the eggs into a bowl, add 0.5 tsp of salt, and whisk until well combined.
Heat a pan over medium heat, add enough cooking oil, and pour in the whisked eggs. Stir gently as the bottom sets to avoid forming large chunks.
Transfer the cooked eggs to a separate bowl and set aside.
In the same pan, add more cooking oil and stir-fry the green onion until fragrant.
Add the tomatoes to the pan along with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and black pepper. Stir-fry until the tomatoes are softened.
Return the cooked eggs to the pan and mix well with the tomatoes. Stir-fry briefly to combine.
Optionally, drizzle sesame oil over the dish before serving.
