INGREDIENTES
- Meat - 300g pork loin (2 slices)
 
- Vegetables - 🧅 100g onion (1/2 piece)
- 🥦 125g broccoli (1/2 head)
 
- Seasoning - 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
 
- Oil - 1/2 tbsp salad oil
 
- Dairy - 🧈 20g salted butter
- 🥛 100ml milk
 
- Canned Goods - 🍅 200g canned diced tomatoes
 
- Seasoning - 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
 
PASOS
Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Slice the onion thinly. Separate broccoli into small florets and microwave with 1 tbsp water for 1 minute at 600W. Drain water.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and cook the pork over medium heat until browned.
Add the onion and sauté until softened.
Add broccoli and the ingredients marked with ☆ (canned tomatoes, milk, salt, and pepper). Mix well, cover, and simmer on low heat for 6–7 minutes.
Stir the mixture, add butter, and mix until melted.
