Dressing
- 3 tbsp perilla powder
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 🥛 3 tbsp milk
- 🍋 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 🍎 1/4 apple, blended
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
PASOS
Prepare tofu and vegetables. Cut tofu into cubes and remove excess moisture.
