INGREDIENTES
- Vegetables - 3 bunches mizuna
- 🌽 20g sweet corn
 
- Protein - 150g silken tofu
- 2 chikuwa
 
- Seasonings - 1.5 tbsp white dashi
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp ground sesame
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- Pinch of white sesame
 
PASOS
Cut the chikuwa in half lengthwise, then slice thinly at an angle.
Wash the mizuna, squeeze out excess water, and cut into 2–3 cm pieces.
Mix silken tofu, white dashi, sugar, ground sesame, sesame oil, grated ginger, and white sesame until smooth.
Add sweet corn, mizuna, and chikuwa to the tofu mixture and toss well.
Plate the salad and sprinkle additional sesame seeds on top as desired.
