- 🥩 300g thinly sliced pork belly

- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tsp fish sauce

PASOS
Combine soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, cooking wine, fish sauce, and black pepper to create the soy sauce mixture.
Place the thinly sliced pork belly in a pan and spread it out before cooking.
Remove excess oil using a paper towel after the pork belly releases fat.
Push the pork belly to one side of the pan and pour the soy sauce mixture into the pan over low heat.
Mix the pork belly with the soy sauce mixture and cook until golden and crispy over high heat.
