INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/2 bunch spinach
- 🥕 1 small carrot, julienned
- 4 chilies, chopped
- 🧄 4 cloves garlic, minced
Protein
- 🐖 1 cup diced pork
- 🥚 1 egg
Condiments
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
Cooking Oil
- 5 tbsp vegetable oil
PASOS
Prepare the spinach by washing and draining it thoroughly.
Chop the chilies and mince the garlic.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan and sauté the garlic and chilies until fragrant.
Add diced pork to the pan and stir-fry until fully cooked.
Add sugar, soy sauce, and oyster sauce to the pork and stir well.
Add spinach to the pan and stir-fry until wilted.
Optional: Add julienned carrots for color and texture.
Fry an egg sunny-side up in a separate pan.
Serve rice in a bowl, top with the spinach pork stir-fry, and place the fried egg on top.
