INGREDIENTES
Fried Rice Ingredients
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 1 handful bean sprouts
- 2 tbsp dried shrimp
- 🧄 3 cloves garlic
- 🧅 Some green onion
Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
PASOS
Slice the green onion and mince the garlic. Chop the dried shrimp coarsely.
Mix fish sauce, soy sauce, and oyster sauce in a small bowl to make the sauce.
Heat 3 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
Push the garlic to one side of the pan and scramble the eggs in the empty space.
Mix the scrambled eggs with the garlic and add the chopped dried shrimp. Stir-fry until aromatic.
Add the cooked rice and break up any clumps. Stir-fry until the rice is evenly mixed.
Pour the prepared sauce over the rice and stir-fry quickly to incorporate the flavors.
Add the bean sprouts and green onion, and stir-fry for about 10 seconds on high heat.
Serve the fried rice with optional sides like sliced cucumber or scallions.
