INGREDIENTES
Spices
- 65g curry powder
- 1 tsp pepper

- 🥛 450ml milk
Vegetables
- 🧄 1 tbsp garlic
- 🥕 1 medium carrot, chopped
- 🍄 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 🧅 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
Protein
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 200g crab meat or imitation crab
Other
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 2 tbsp flour
PASOS
Cut the crab meat or imitation crab into bite-sized pieces.
Prepare a pan with cooking oil.
Lightly coat the crab meat with flour and fry until golden on both sides.
Chop the vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Use carrots, mushrooms, and green onions.
Heat oil in a pan and add 1 tbsp of garlic.
Add 65g of curry powder to the pan and stir-fry with the garlic.
Pour 450ml of milk into the pan and mix until the curry powder dissolves completely.
Add the chopped vegetables and fried crab meat into the curry sauce.
Cook until the vegetables soften slightly.
Beat 2 eggs and pour them in a circular motion over the curry.
Gently mix the curry and simmer until the eggs are fully cooked.
