INGREDIENTES
- Main - 🍗 300g chicken thigh
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp olive oil
 
- Salad - 🥚 1 boiled egg
- 🥬 1/2 head lettuce
- 🥑 1 avocado
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 🧀 Pinch of grated cheese
- Pinch of black pepper
 
- Teriyaki Sauce - 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp sake
 
- Dressing - 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tbsp mustard
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp vinegar
 
PASOS
Cut lettuce, avocado, and boiled egg into bite-sized pieces.
Cut chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces, season with salt, and coat with flour.
Heat olive oil in a pan and cook chicken skin-side down until browned. Flip and cook on low heat until fully cooked.
Add sake, sugar, mirin, and soy sauce to the pan and simmer until the sauce thickens.
Mix mayonnaise, mustard, mirin, and vinegar to prepare the dressing.
Arrange lettuce, teriyaki chicken, boiled egg, and avocado on a plate. Drizzle with dressing and garnish with grated cheese and black pepper.
