- 🥩 300g beef tenderloin
- 🧅 1 onion
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 🥦 5-6 florets broccoli
- 🧄 10 cloves garlic
- 🍄 3 shiitake mushrooms
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 1/2 tbsp corn syrup
PASOS
Cut the beef tenderloin into bite-sized pieces and season with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Prepare the vegetables: slice onion and bell peppers into similar sizes, and cut broccoli into florets.
Slice garlic and shiitake mushrooms into similar sizes.
Heat a pan and cook the seasoned beef until 70% done.
Remove the beef and sauté onion and garlic in the same pan.
Add mushrooms and broccoli to the pan and stir-fry. If the broccoli quantity is large, blanch it beforehand.
Add bell peppers and stir-fry quickly.
Return the beef to the pan, pour the sauce, and stir-fry quickly.
Finish with a drop of sesame oil and serve.
