INGREDIENTES

- 200g chicken skin
 - Enough vegetable oil for frying
 - 3 tbsp white sesame seeds
 
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
 - 2 tbsp mirin
 - 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
 - 2 tbsp soy sauce
 
PASOS
Cut the chicken skin into bite-sized pieces.
Heat vegetable oil in a pot to about 1cm depth over medium-low heat. Fry the chicken skin until golden brown and crispy, then remove.
In a frying pan, combine sake, mirin, sugar, and soy sauce. Bring to a boil, then add the fried chicken skin and coat evenly. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and mix briefly.
