INGREDIENTES

- 1.5 handfuls cooked cockle meat
- 1 cup blanched seaweed
- 🧅 1/2 cup sliced onion
- 🥕 1/2 cup julienned carrot
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 1.5 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp wasabi
- 🧄 1/2 tsp minced garlic
PASOS
Blanch the cockles in boiling water and extract the meat.
Blanch the seaweed and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Slice the onion and julienne the carrot.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (gochujang, vinegar, sugar, wasabi, garlic) to create the sauce.
Combine the cockle meat, seaweed, onion, and carrot in a bowl. Add the sauce and mix well. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
