INGREDIENTES
Soufflé Batter
- 🥚 2 egg yolks
 - 3g vanilla extract
 - 🥛 20g milk
 - 🧂 15g sugar
 - 45g cake flour
 - 1g baking powder
 - 🥚 2 egg whites
 - 🧂 35g sugar
 - A small amount of cooking oil
 
Toppings
- 100g whipped cream
 - 🧂 10g sugar
 - A small amount of strawberry jam
 - A small amount of strawberry powder
 - A small amount of thyme
 - 🍓 An appropriate amount of strawberries
 
PASOS
In a bowl, mix egg yolks, vanilla extract, milk, and sugar with a whisk.
Sift in the flour and mix well with a whisk.
In another bowl, beat egg whites while gradually adding sugar in three portions to create a meringue.
Add one-third of the meringue to the batter and mix thoroughly with a spatula.
Gently fold in the remaining meringue with a spatula, being careful not to deflate it.
Preheat a frying pan over low heat and lightly grease it with cooking oil.
Place a round mold on the pan and pour the batter into it.
Cover with a lid and cook on low heat for 3-5 minutes.
Remove the mold, flip the pancake, and cook for another 3-5 minutes with the lid on.
Place one pancake on a plate, spread strawberry jam, and layer with strawberries. Add another pancake on top.
Top with whipped cream, sprinkle strawberry powder, and garnish with thyme.
