INGREDIENTES

- 🥒 2/3 zucchini, sliced into half-moons
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🧅 1 green onion, chopped
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/3 tbsp shrimp paste
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
PASOS
Slice the onion into thin strips and cut the zucchini into half-moons.
Sprinkle salt over the zucchini and let it sit for 10 minutes to remove excess moisture.
Heat sesame oil in a pan and sauté the onion until translucent.
Add the zucchini to the pan and stir-fry until tender.

Finish by adding chopped green onion and sesame seeds. Stir briefly and serve.
