INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥒 1/2 zucchini, sliced into half-moons
- 🍄 3 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp cooking wine
- A drizzle of sesame oil
- A sprinkle of sesame seeds
PASOS
Slice the zucchini into half-moons and sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
Slice the onion and shiitake mushrooms thinly.
Marinate the shiitake mushrooms with soy sauce, minced garlic, and a pinch of sugar for 10 minutes.
Heat a pan with a drizzle of oil and stir-fry the marinated mushrooms until tender.
Add the zucchini and onion to the pan and stir-fry together.
Add cooking wine, sesame oil, and adjust salt to taste. Sprinkle sesame seeds before serving.
