- 🥒 1 zucchini
- 🥕 1/4 carrot
- 🧅 1/4 onion
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
- A dash of sesame oil
Cooking Oil
- A dash of cooking oil
PASOS
Cut the carrot and onion into medium-sized pieces and stir-fry them lightly in cooking oil. Avoid overcooking.
Add the zucchini, cut into medium-thick slices, to the pan and stir-fry together.
Add soy sauce and corn syrup to the pan and mix well.
Once cooked, season lightly with salt, add a dash of sesame oil, and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
