INGREDIENTES

- 200g dried squid
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
PASOS
Take 200g of dried squid and store the rest in the freezer.
Shake the squid lightly in a sieve to remove excess dryness. If too dry, spray with water for moisture.
Heat 3 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic to enhance its aroma.
Lower the heat and quickly add soy sauce and corn syrup to the pan to deepen the flavor.
Add the dried squid and stir well to coat evenly with the seasoning.
Add mayonnaise and stir-fry until evenly mixed.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and drizzle a bit of sesame oil to finish.
