- 🌭 200g Vienna sausages
 - 1 piece red bell pepper
 - 1 piece yellow bell pepper
 - 🧅 1 piece onion
 - 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
 - 🧅 1/2 tbsp chopped green onion
 - 🍅 3 tbsp ketchup
 - 🌰 1/2 tbsp crushed sesame seeds
 - 1/2 tbsp corn syrup
 - 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
 - 🌰 A pinch of whole sesame seeds
 
PASOS
Prepare 200g Vienna sausages, 1 piece each of red and yellow bell peppers, 1 piece onion, and 1/2 tbsp chopped green onion.
Slice the sausages diagonally, dice the bell peppers and onion into small cubes, and chop the green onion.
Heat a pan with a small amount of oil, then add the sausages, onion, and 1/2 tbsp minced garlic.
Stir-fry until the onion becomes slightly translucent.
Add the bell peppers, green onion, 3 tbsp ketchup, 1/2 tbsp crushed sesame seeds, 1/2 tbsp corn syrup, and 1/2 tbsp sesame oil.
Stir-fry quickly until all ingredients are well coated with the sauce.
Transfer to a serving plate and sprinkle with a pinch of whole sesame seeds.
