INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🐖 400g pork
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
- 2 chili peppers
- 1/4 portion kimchi
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp red pepper powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- A dash of black pepper
- A sprinkle of sesame seeds
- A drizzle of canola oil
PASOS
Heat a pan with a drizzle of canola oil and cooking wine, then stir-fry the pork until cooked.
Add soy sauce, gochujang, oligosaccharide, minced garlic, red pepper powder, and black pepper. Stir well.
Add the kimchi and stir-fry until well combined.
Add sliced green onion and chili peppers, then stir-fry briefly.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and serve hot.
