INGREDIENTES

- 🐖 100g sliced pork
 
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/4 cabbage, chopped
 - 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
 
Oil
- 2 tsp sesame oil
 
Seasoning
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
 - 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
 - 2 tsp yuzu pepper
 - 1 tsp white sesame seeds
 
PASOS
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and slice the garlic thinly.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add sliced pork and garlic, and stir-fry until the pork changes color.
Add the cabbage and stir-fry until it becomes tender.
Add soy sauce, yuzu pepper, and white sesame seeds. Stir-fry to combine and adjust the taste with salt and pepper.
