INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 200g thinly sliced pork
 
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
 - 🥦 1/2 head broccoli, cut into bite-sized florets
 
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
 - 1 tbsp soy sauce
 - 🧈 10g salted butter
 
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
 
Liquid
- 1 tbsp sake
 
PASOS
Season the pork with salt and pepper, and mix well.
Thinly slice the onion and cut the broccoli into bite-sized florets.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the pork, and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add the onion to the pan and stir-fry until softened. Add broccoli and sake, mix briefly, cover with a lid, and steam for 2 minutes.
Add soy sauce, butter, and a pinch of salt and pepper, then stir-fry to combine.
