INGREDIENTES
Seafood
- 🐙 150g boiled octopus
 
Vegetables
- 🌱 4 spears asparagus, peeled and sliced
 - 🍅 5 cherry tomatoes
 - 🧄 1 clove minced garlic
 
Condiments
- 1 tbsp olive oil
 - 2 tsp soy sauce
 - 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
 - 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
 - 1 tsp dried basil
 
PASOS
Peel the bottom half of the asparagus spears and slice them diagonally into 2cm pieces. Mince the garlic.
Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
Heat olive oil and minced garlic in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add the asparagus and stir-fry over medium heat for 2 minutes.
Add the octopus to the pan and stir-fry briefly.
Add the seasoning ingredients (soy sauce, salt, pepper, lemon juice, dried basil) and cherry tomatoes. Stir-fry briefly and serve.
