INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🍄 100g enoki mushrooms
- 2 sheets fish cake
- 🧅 1 handful green onion
Seasonings
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
PASOS
Cut the fish cakes into desired thickness and length. Wash the enoki mushrooms and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients to prepare the sauce.
Heat a frying pan and add the green onions to make green onion oil.
Add the enoki mushrooms and fish cakes to the pan and stir-fry.
Once the ingredients start to cook, add the prepared sauce and stir-fry briefly.
Transfer to a plate, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and serve.
