INGREDIENTES

- 🐖 200g sliced pork
 
Vegetables
- 1 bag bean sprouts
 - 2 bell peppers

- 1 tbsp cornstarch
 - 1/2 tbsp salad oil
 
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
 - 2 tbsp mirin
 - 2 tbsp mayonnaise
 - 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
 
PASOS
Massage the pork with cornstarch in a bowl.
Cut bell peppers in half lengthwise, remove seeds and stems, then slice thinly crosswise.
Mix all seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, mayonnaise, soy sauce) in a separate bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add pork and stir-fry until the color changes. Add bean sprouts and bell peppers, stir briefly, then add the sauce and mix well.
