    • 🧀 1 handful mozzarella cheese
  • Seasoning

    • 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 2 tbsp corn syrup
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp chili powder

Clean the pumpkin thoroughly using baking soda to remove any dirt.

Microwave the cleaned pumpkin for 7 minutes.

Prepare the onion and chives. Slice the onion as desired and set aside.

Mix the seasoning ingredients (garlic, corn syrup, soy sauce, chili powder) in the specified ratio.

Pan-fry the smoked duck until cooked.

Place the cooked duck on a kitchen towel to drain excess oil.

Using the duck fat, stir-fry the prepared onion and chives.
