INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🦑 1 squid, cleaned and sliced
- 🥗 3 cm radish, sliced
- 💧 4 cups water
Broth Base
- 🐟 3 dried anchovies
- 🌿 1 sheet kelp
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/3 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 Salt to taste
Garnish
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, sliced
PASOS
Slice the radish into thick, bite-sized pieces to prevent it from breaking during cooking.
In a pot, boil 4 cups of water with kelp and dried anchovies for 10–15 minutes to make the broth.
Clean the squid by removing the tentacles and peeling the skin. Slice the body into bite-sized pieces.
Remove the kelp and anchovies from the broth.
Add the radish and minced garlic to the broth and bring to a boil.
Add the sliced squid to the pot and cook until tender.
Season with soy sauce and adjust the salt to taste. For a spicy version, add chili powder and green chili.
Add the sliced green onion and simmer briefly before serving.
