- 2 semi-dried squids
- 1 handful shishito peppers
- 🧄 5 cloves garlic
- 1 piece ginger
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 5 tbsp water
- 3 tbsp corn syrup
PASOS
Peel the semi-dried squid and cut into bite-sized pieces. Use a kitchen towel or cloth to easily remove the skin.
Slice garlic and ginger thinly, and remove stems from shishito peppers, cutting them in half.
Heat oil in a preheated pan and sauté ginger and garlic. Optionally, remove the ginger after sautéing for a milder flavor.
Add soy sauce and water to the pan, then add the squid and stir-fry.
Add shishito peppers and stir-fry, then finish with corn syrup, sesame oil, and sesame seeds.
