  • Rice

    • 🍚 2 servings cooked mixed grain rice
  • Vegetables

    • 1 pack sprouts
    • 🥬 3 leaves lettuce
    • 1 handful chives
  • Egg

    • 🥚 2 eggs
  • Sauce

    • 1 can tuna
    • 1.5 tbsp doenjang (fermented soybean paste)
    • 0.5 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
    • 0.5 tbsp red pepper flakes
    • 1 pack soft tofu
    • 🧅 1 stalk green onion, chopped
    • 🧅 0.5 onion, chopped
    • 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
    • 1-2 chopped green chili peppers
    • 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • To taste sesame seeds
    • 💧 1 cup water

Rinse the sprouts and lettuce lightly, then drain thoroughly.

Mix doenjang, gochujang, red pepper flakes, and sugar in a bowl. Adjust gochujang amount if skipping soft tofu.

Add chopped green chili peppers, onion, green onion, and minced garlic to the sauce mixture.

Add 1 cup of water to the sauce mixture and stir well. Heat on high until boiling.

Once boiling, reduce to medium-low heat and add the canned tuna and soft tofu. Stir gently to avoid breaking the tofu.

Simmer until the sauce thickens slightly, then turn off the heat. Add sesame oil and sesame seeds.

Serve mixed grain rice in bowls, topped with lettuce and sprouts.

Add the prepared sauce and a fried egg on top. Break the yolk and mix everything together before eating.
