INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 80g spring herbs
- 🍚 250g rice
- 🍄 3 shiitake mushrooms
- 🥕 1/4 carrot
- 200ml broth
- 🧅 2 stalks green onion
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
PASOS
Rinse the rice and soak it in water for 30 minutes.
Add soaked rice, spring herb roots, carrot, and mushrooms to a pot. Pour in the broth and cook on medium heat until boiling. Cover and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
Place spring herb leaves on top, turn off the heat, and let it sit covered for 10 minutes.
Mix the seasoning ingredients to create a flavorful sauce.
