INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥬 200g spinach
 - 🧅 1 cup chopped green onion
 - 🧅 1 cup chopped onion
 - 4-5 dried chili peppers
 - 1 green chili pepper
 
Protein
- 🍖 1/2 cup minced pork
 - 🦐 1/2 cup dried shrimp
 
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
 - 0.5 tbsp vinegar
 - 🍬 0.5 tbsp sugar
 - 1 tbsp anchovy sauce
 - 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
 - 1 tbsp chili powder
 
PASOS
Heat oil in a pan over low heat and sauté green onion and dried chili peppers to make aromatic oil.
Add minced dried shrimp and stir-fry together with the aromatic oil.
Add minced garlic, chopped onion, and minced pork. Stir-fry until the pork is cooked through.
Mix soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and anchovy sauce in a bowl, then pour the mixture into the pan.
Add spinach (or substitute with similar greens) and stir-fry until wilted.
Sprinkle chili powder and stir-fry briefly to combine.
Serve with a fried egg on top for added flavor and texture.
