INGREDIENTES
- Vegetable - 🥬 200g spinach
 
- Canned Goods - 🐟 70g canned tuna in oil
 
- Seasoning - 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 2 tsp soy sauce
- 坚果 1 tbsp ground white sesame
- 1 tsp grated ginger
 
PASOS
Cut off the spinach roots and chop into bite-sized pieces. Place in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Rinse under cold water, cool, and squeeze out excess water.
In a bowl, mix the seasoning ingredients (sugar, soy sauce, sesame, ginger). Add the prepared spinach and canned tuna, then mix well.
