    • 2 tsp plum extract
    • 1 tsp corn syrup
    • A dash of black pepper
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Mix soy sauce, minced garlic, sugar, chili powder, gochujang, black pepper, plum extract, and corn syrup in a bowl.

Slice the cleaned squid into bite-sized pieces.
