- 🦑 2-3 squids, cleaned and sliced
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 small onion, sliced
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion, chopped
Noodles
- 1 handful soaked glass noodles
Seasonings
- 🧂 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice wine
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- A pinch of black pepper
- A drizzle of sesame oil
PASOS
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the sliced squid and onion until softened.
Add the pre-mixed seasoning sauce and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
Add the soaked glass noodles and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes.
Add chopped green onion, stir-fry briefly, and finish with a drizzle of sesame oil.
