    • 1 tbsp gochujang
    • 5 tbsp soy sauce
    • 3 tbsp chili powder
    • 💧 1/2 cup water
    • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
    • 🍬 1.5 tbsp sugar
    • 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 2 tbsp sesame oil

PASOS

Slice the onion, green chilies, red chili, and 1 scallion diagonally. Finely chop 1/2 scallion. Chop the cabbage and carrot into large pieces.

Clean and cut the squid into bite-sized pieces.

Heat a pan with vegetable oil and finely chopped scallion to create scallion oil.

Add the squid to the pan and stir-fry. Sprinkle sugar over the squid.

Add minced garlic, gochujang, soy sauce, and chili powder. Stir-fry until well combined.

Pour water into the pan and continue stir-frying. Add the prepared vegetables and cook until tender.

Finish by drizzling sesame oil over the dish and mix well.
